Mr. Holsen has over 18 years of diversified experience including production, drilling, and reservoir engineering in the oil and gas industry. He has managed large drilling programs and business development activities with capital budgets exceeding $250 million annually. Mr. Holsen has worked in many producing areas in the United States including the Appalachian Basin, Arkansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas, Texas/Louisiana Gulf Coast, and Utah. He has extensive experience in tight sand reservoirs and the application of technology to enhance the development and exploitation of oil and gas reserves. Mr. Holsen previously served as Reservoir Engineering Manager for Goodrich Petroleum Corporation. Employment history prior to Goodrich Petroleum includes experience with a U.S. major and independents. Mr. Holsen holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College.
